CLASSES

We have been running our hobby classes for over 20 years, Held on a weekly basis and not based around school terms, they have proven to be very popular with people from all walks of life.

Being creative is a great way to express yourself and also learn new skills that you never thought possible.

It is also very satisfying to tell your family and friends, that you made it.

At The Leaded-Glass Window, we help you make your vision into reality by teaching you step by step, at your own pace.

With expert guidance we will show you how to create your own Glass Art Pieces.

You are not going to learn everything in our 8 week beginner class, but you will learn enough to know if you like working with glass and wish to continue.

Some of our hobbyists have been coming to our classes for years. They continue to produce great pieces for their homes and family and friends. But let me stress, it doesn’t happen overnight, they have continued to learn and progressively improved.

Many find it a great relaxation or stress release from their normal day to day lives, We hope to see you at our classes soon.

At our classes you can learn to make:

Leadights - Windows, Doors, Lampshades, Skylights, Kitchen Cabinet Doors and more
Copper-Foil - all of the above plus giftware, suncatchers, jewellery boxes and more
Mosaics - on just about anything

We also provide guidance on other techniques including stained-glass, sandblasting and etching if these are a part of your design features.

And of course your projects also need to comply with Safety Standards if they are for your home.

Monday evening- 7 PM- 9.30 PM

Saturday Morning 9 AM- 11.30 AM

Beginner Classes are for 8 WEEKS @ 2.5 hrs per class for $440.00

Tools, lightboxes and grinders etc are supplied for class use only
